I was interviewed for two part time positions that they preferred to give to one teacher. At the time of interview, I needed a part time teaching position and clearly stated this. I was encouraged to continue applying for teaching positions by the head of the EGUSD Special Education Department as I did quite well in interview. Expect questions about specifics regarding daily classroom management strategies, classroom and school wide community building, curriculum development, instruction and high educational standards, as well as teacher and administrators active encouragement in family and community involvement with students.
