Nothing was really difficult or unexpected. The person who interviewed me insisted that I take a cultural class to learn about the predominately African-American population but I have had several years experience working in the particular population. This was a typical theme through the interview and while I worked there. They completely ignored my experience and treated me as if I didn't know what I was doing.
