How do you delegate responsibilities across the team
Not verbatim, but they did want to know about experience with minority groups and the importance of diversity. They also really pressed into drawing out real life examples of experiences in former roles (both negative and positive).
It has been a while since this interview, I didn’t want to post this immediately after because I truly love the company and wanted to continue to keep an eye out for future opportunities, hoping that the negative interviewer wouldn’t be a gatekeeper for other potential positions. She is apparently gone now, for any future applicants. Maybe it was her, maybe it was that she was having a terrible day and took it out on me. Nonetheless, the scheduling conflict and the internal miscommunication about the interview style are things to be wary about. The writing prompts and interview questions with the first two people were wonderful. Incandescent's blog has a lot of helpful information.
bottom line is how capable I am in delivering the required production target sales in a year.
