The whiteboard exercise was definitely most difficult question. It was a roleplay session in which I collected requirements from a mock client to see how I dealt with the situation.
They were not only interested in the things I can handle with ease, but I was even asked about failures and weaknesses. They asked why I have left the university before graduating

all basic question nothing was difficult... they are looking for those who can communicate well... they can teach technical stuff....
When can you start? They always want you to start tomorrow as the have an incredible turnover and they can also gauge how desperate you are.
