Was a very laid back interview for the most part. They just want to hear about your career history and how you solved certain issues. I was asked what type of marketing campaigns I would run in certain situations (which I'm usually pretty hesitant about as companies often do this then don't hire anyone but I didn't get that vibe here). Very positive experience for the most part and not a lot of asking negative questions: what's your biggest weakness, do you think you'd struggle here, etc. If you make it to the on-site interview, be prepared as those can run long. Anywhere from 1-3 hours.

Tell us a bit about yourself
They asked me what I understood about the role and how I saw myself adding value to it. It was a great way to open up a conversation about expectations on both sides
A very unrealistic sales question. Based on how you would sell a product from A to B and what are the challenges. (Seemed made up)
Are you willing to relocate
They ask a hypothetical question in the first interview that caught me off guard. Something about a new company, new technical product, 1/2 million price point - what are issues they'll face selling it?
