Why Lending kart? why moving from NCR to Bangalore? If such type of question is being asked from Tech guy then what we can expect from HR and what is her role? just to call candidate? Please don't forgot that you will face interview or already faced such interview in life and you are not the CEO, you will do same that you expecting not to do from candidate. You don't have guts to hear right answer like candidate will go with better option even you will go with better option, you will forget about LendingKart or xyz. If candidate is giving time that means He is interested , it doesn't mean that he will committed to join even in any case, if you want then its employer responsibility to make him believe that this the best fit for him/her.
