In-person interview is mainly situational questions. They only ask me three interview questions. "Name a time when you made an unhappy customer happy"
No human interface. Just robot tests
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Tell me about a time when you didn't agree with a business process and how did you resolve it
- What is your knowledge about SaaS? (very subjective, isn't it?) - How much was your quota attainment last year? (This doesn't say much as well)
There were no difficult/unexpected questions. They were all behavioral, so the examples I gave seemed easy for me to discuss.
Do you do/work on reporting?
