Tell us about a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did you handle. How would you handle competing calendars? Who would you put first in the group? Tell us about how you used SharePoint, Excel etc.
Alot of the questions they asked started off with the following phrase, "Tell me about a time...". This really made me think hard and it was a good oppertunity to give true life examples that show what they were looking for.
