The interview cases and behavioral questions were very consistent with the materials from the Capital One website and the documents & links the Capital One recruiting contact sent. The cases' subject matter is relatively straightforward, especially if you are familiar with profit/loss/break-even analyses and setting up & solving algebraic expressions. Despite this fairness and relative predictability, passing the cases is challenging.
A case question about finding or computing the value of the company's initiative into a new loan/credit business area.
Nothing out of the ordinary
If you have never prepared for a Behavioral Interview you better Google it! Rather than "How would you handle a situation?" as a question. The question would be "Tell me about a dime when you had to deal with a difficult co-worker?" and you need to be specific and not use generalizations.
There was a case study given by recruiter and follow up questions from the same case study. Case study was something like establishing a new commute taxi LLC in New York.
Describe 10 ways to improve an umbrella. Talk about a digital product of your choice (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Netflix) What was your proudest achievement? Tell me about a time when you failed.
