I have had 5 rounds of discussions spanning over 7 weeks. Mostly it was focused on behavioral questions and how one would adapt to the existing culture. Some of the questions asked to me were as below: 1) Walk me through your background and experience. 2) How would you describe an ideal manager/leader? 3) Describe a situation where you faced failure? 4) Describe a situation where you though the problem was solved but later found out that it wasn't addressed correctly or in a right manner? 5) What would be your three core strengths? 6) If you joined today, how would you proceed and what will be your plan in the coming three months 7) Have you ever faced conflict within your team or with your colleague? 8) Describe your role in your previous company 9) Why do you want to work with Deloitte and why specifically consulting? 10) What does Deloitte mean to you? 11) Have you ever worked with a diverse mix of people in the same team? 12) Which part of consulting would you say that you don't like at all? During the technical rounds the questions were more focused on the technology which I work in but in general there were many behavioral questions. So basically pretty standard stuff.

Why do you want to come to Deloitte? 11. What are you aiming to become y joining Deloitte? To be honest, I had scribbled all the questions that were asked in the telephone interview they were 3 full A4 pages long. It was a quite demanding interview but did enjoyed as the manager was very much engaging throughout the whole interview process. 2. Partner interview - fairly simple, lasted for 30 minutes Why do you want to join Deloitte? Is there any other Recruitment tool better than SF recruiting? What was your biggest accomplishment so far? Do you have any questions for me? 3. Case study Written (using Pen & a Paper) Fictitious Project implemented in Europe, write a case study presenting the same project for implementation in Asia to convince the Executives in that region that implementing the project will benefit them. But make sure you don't write more than the number of pages they asked for, otherwise they ask you to take paycut. 4. Case study Presentation - FLIPCHART Typical project issues, SI left in the middle and Deloitte is asked to take the project and implement it. Provide your inputs how this can be done and why, how if Deloitte will do it. 5. Group discussion - typical 30 minutes, fairly easy. Make your point heard, Take initiative Team work Nothing right or wrong Overall experience was good, though tiring. Whole Deloitte team was positive and Encouraging.
