The interview generally was a "give and take" information sharing (Intel info and my background info). There were no surprise or complex questions. They were more concerned with my specific background, and how it could be applied to their current need. Of course, there was at least the "what's your biggest weakness" question, but that was the only question that could possibly be considered "different" - but certainly not difficult or unexpected.

I had one of the worst interview experiences of my career. The hiring manager exhibited unprofessional behavior, akin to that of a bully. It was evident that he was not genuinely interested in hiring. His demeanor was difficult, and he repeatedly asked the same questions, demonstrating a lack of respect for prospective employees and clear tendencies towards micromanagement. I would not recommend working under this manager.

I asked about it it later, no one ever looks at the exercise, just the score. In person questions were about experience and how to handle conflict and adversity. One interview included a short exercise with a block of supposedly real production code that was awful, I had to analyze and explain why it was wrong.
