Straight forward questions about the job and its responsibilities. Surprisingly no Behavioral Questions in the second round of interviews. It was very interactive, and it was more about how a candidate would contribute to the company given the specific circumstances of the retail industry
Were not really any significantly difficult questions, questioning was very basic and more of a personality test than a skills and experience assessment
Describe a P&L?
Some questions were rather inappropriate simply because as an external candidate one has very little knowledge of the organization's structure or operations. The Sr. Mgr arrived late & asked only one question. I felt this person had a prejudicial opinion.
