Q: What's my creative process? How do I manage tight turn around times? Standard questions for a designer. Regrettably, certain aspects of the first in-person interview involved the posing of highly personal and uncomfortable questions. I do not think this reflects the company as a whole, but it did cast a negative light on the entire process for me.
