The usual questions most interview sites recommend, but did not expect to be asked the age old question of where do you see yourself after 5 years in position. This one seems so outdated to me considering how fluid the marketplace is today. Would have expected something more original. I usually take the opportunity to ask the same question, as I feel their answer tells me a lot about how much perceived opportunity is available within the hiring company.
Why would you be the best fit for the job? What experience do you have in training and meeting facilitation? (not in job posting) What experience do you have with compliance reporting? (listed in job posting as "will work with other HR team members to prepare compliance reports") Describe your approach to dealing with employee relations situations with managers and employees.
