Read the 1/2 star reviews carefully. Many of the positive reviews may have been submitted by the same person that interviewed me (similar style/tone). The interviewer/investor has an agenda that appears not at all connected to improving the lives of patients. He absolutely did not want me there and that was decided prior to the interview, perhaps because my skills overlapped with his, potentially because certain truths and toxicity would come to light. Suffice it to say there are Major red flags here.

The next step was for interviewer to again elevate the importance of his role in the organization and attempt to deter my interest. This was done by undermining the authority/value of the HR Director sharing how it was he who "LET" her have the role etc. Thus, even though there is an HR director and CEO, this interviewer is or believes himself to be the real decision maker.
