Describe a time when customer insight/feedback helped present a growth initiative or opportunity. What was it and how did it affect the bottom line (hard metrics)?
Rigid and based around a model they want to see a specific format of answer for. In some cases, you will meet the colleague/functional team member that understands the role, in others will just be a vetting process by HR where you aren't having meaningful conversation, just someone looking for buzz words. In either case, they provide no feedback on why you do or don't get through and even when you do get through a stage from a positive interview, they blow out the next stage once with no explanation why. It's confusing, disheartening and quite frankly, just rude... I was surprised. You'll likely then receive a request to give feedback on the interview process, regardless of where you end up! Sign of the times, I guess, but I just expected more from a company so customer centric.
