More or less the same questions being asked over and over again, "Tell me about a time when you... (were creative/improved performance of someone you managed/initiated something that was your idea/...)". They have specific forms they need to use so I am guessing that they don't have too much flexibility to change the questions. After 5-6 interviews I had to start going way back through my earlier career experience to find new examples, so prepare lots of examples for each question!
