How would I spend my first 2 weeks in office when I join a new organisation , what are the things I will want to know/learn explore bor understand during the initial stage.
I always wonder what would have happened if a proper java side architect or technical director. Lost a good chance with a mismatch between candidate and interviewer. I did not get much as learning from the interview. I feel I deserve a second chance. I am not that bad.
