Some practical SQL questions - weird to answer on the phone. The interview with the manager was more like a conversation - some expected HR questions: Tell me about yourself, what (de)motivates you, what are your strenghts/weeknesses, how do you manage stress, what is most difficult when dealing with a customer, are you ok with overtime work, how do you fell about reporting on a daily basis, do you mind software policy restrictions - no skype/youtube/chat client/etc on your PC, why do you think we should choose you.
