Tell us about a time where you supported another team member?
First stage: It was an informal and nice first approach. The recruiter has done her job reading my CV (uncommon lately in recruiters) so the questions were straightforward to what she needed to know about my experience. Test: It was quite a long test about hiring strategies for different IT profiles, sources to search for tech talent and an example of a message to approach/headhunt an IT profile. A quite standard test. Third stage: APPARENTLY a 2:1 interview

Various interview questions - very conversational. They want to know how you handle situations. IT was a pleasant experience at quick speed with strong feedback.
