Standard questions
Most of the questions were extremely specific behavioral interview questions. They were very specific to the role they are hiring for, and not the roles the candidate has previously filled. Prepare to get very creative, and dig into the far reaches of your experiences!
Went on a lot about how defined, scientific and streamlined their interview process is but questioning was essentially a string of competency questions, often the same question worded differently. More of an easy chat.

During my three rounds I was asked about my experience, my process, and a lot about my professional approach to situations. A lot of rapport was easily built with each person I spoke with and that led to fantastic conversations all around!
