I was asked about the types of roles I've filled and have typically been responsible for as a recruiter. Reviewed my work history and accomplishments. Nursa and the type of roles they will have upcoming. We reviewed a mostly remote job as a reasonable accommodation and I was declined based on that fact. I did follow up since the job was still posted. I can't believe a start up that is looking to grow would have such a disregard for ADA compliance especially since they had an HR consultant.
