His first and only question was "So what was it that got you fired from your job and brings you here today"? I told him I was currently employed but looking for a different position as my job is being phased out in the next quarter. He asked for a resume which I gave to him and since he was not the original interviewer, I offered him a moment to read through it since he was a last minute replacement. I told him I appreciated his time but I felt he was in a disadvantageous position since he had no time to prepare. At this point he kind of lost his cool and started telling me what I bad attitude I had and that since they deal with "clients" he didn't feel I was the right type of person for this job. I've interviewed hundreds of prospects, and been interviewed dozens of times over my 30 years, but I have NEVER been treated like this. I don't know what is going on there at the LLOYD agency, but I would warn anyone who has any professionalism in them to just disregard their adds. This is some kind of scheme so stay home, it's not worth your time to talk to these people.
