What are your qualifications
The role was a vmware sys admin so all questions were vmware related. They were not difficult for someone with vmware experience in a medium - large enterprise. In fact questions could have been made much more difficult but I got the sense that difficult question approach didn't work well for previous candidates.
Basically they will ask tech questions that any idiot in the space of the job they're applying for should know.
