The interview components were the most relevant to the actual work that I've experienced while job hunting, replicating troubleshooting problems, architectural questions, and internal tool creation. Lots of good questions about values (diversity, ambition) that I've since seen are considered very strongly when deciding whether to make an offer to a candidate. I was treated carefully and fairly in a way that was an accurate preview of the work I now do. I got honest answers to my questions and found zero bait-and-switches once I got hired. Also, come prepared with solid questions (if you aren't already in the habit of doing this). There's time to ask every set of interviewers questions, and usually lunch with everyone in the middle of the process.
