The interview was very candid and no formal interview questions were asked. It was conversational, they will ask about your background and what you like to do professionally and personally then will tell you all about how great their company is. They will then bring you back for a 2nd interview where they will put you on the phones to see how well you do in a live environment.

I didn't expect to have to get on the phone and cold-call healthcare workers to get them to come in for interviews. I had plenty of experience cold-calling individuals with my previous recruiting work so it was not really an issue for me though.
Biggest strength and weakness. Are you able to have tough conversations when necessary? Are your organized? What do you use to keep track of your time/time management?
