The two onsite interviewers had me walk them through my resume line by line during the onsite interview and didn't ask any questions.. they were clearly unprepared and didn't want to be there. I was very confused about why I was invited onsite and was 100% turned off. I think that my salary expectations were too high, or they had already filled the role but decided to keep my interview on the calendar as a courtesy.
