Why do you want to work for us?
I don't remember exactly how it was phased, but I was asked how (or what) I can contribute to the role.
This interview was by far one of the easy interviews I have had. Being in the recruiting industry there should be more detailed questions........on networking events, clients, candidates..
What motivates you?
The questions were typical behavioral questions--what would you do in this situation or that; how did you deal with an angry person on the phone. No unexpected questions come to mind.
Why are you interested in recruiting?
They asked me how I handle rejection for sales.
