The person I did the phone interview with was unprofessional and unethical. They asked me for an example from my PERSONAL life about the hardest thing I have ever been through and how I overcame it. I answered with an example from my professional work experience. The interviewer then continued to pressure me for a personal example. I felt very uncomfortable and triggered in that moment, so I withdrew from the interview process that day. I considered it to be a huge red flag that an illegal interview question would be asked not once, but TWICE. I’m writing this review to warn other candidates of such hiring practices.

Rather than being questioned, the first interview was more of a conversation style. I was able to explain my experience and positive attributes. The second interview was situational questions, which often isn't easy, but I was given the time I needed to provide thoughtful answers. The third interview, was more of a "meet and greet" and very comfortable.
