Tell me about yourself? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What do you enjoy doing? What do you hate doing? How do you handle pressure? Have you ever had to deal with a difficult customer?
For every job, they asked me either what was my favorite part of the job or what was the hardest part of the job.

Are you available full time or part time?
Can you give an example of bad customer service?
What would you do if a coworker took something without paying for it?
There were no questions.
They don't ask as much as they tell you that it is a very physical position. Over & over.
