From HR and district manager, they asked the usual questions: strengths, weaknesses, where you will want to be in 5 years, type of leadership style. From the store leader: expect anything.
Greatest strength
Questions involved overview discussions of WPN and what specifically it does, then checking my understanding of the role and the business and how I felt about it. Further questions were checking strengths/weaknesses and inviting me to showcase prior experiences that relate to the role.
One thing they will ask you is how you can make the customer feel "at home"
