What my duties were.
As previously stated, asked to review department specific metrics and highlight areas of opportunity and what actions could be taken to resolve those issues for future success. This was a little difficult as there was little instruction and key metric initiatives were not explained (i.e., I was not advised on the current company standards and store, department or associate goals.
What kind of management experience do you have
As always the most difficult question is "What is your greatest flaw". People try to turn the flaw into an asset, which typically consists of something like "I work too hard" or some other BS answer. As a manager I would prefer a realistic flaw and a plan to overcome that flaw included in the answer so that I know the person is being real with me and has a plan to challenge themselves.
