The interview process focused heavily on behavioural and teamwork-based situational questions. Candidates were given up to five attempts to record their responses for each video interview question. The questions were designed to assess your ability to work collaboratively, handle customer interactions effectively, and navigate challenging scenarios that may arise in a retail environment.
