They have a standard test and questions that you need to answer and don’t really get to know you. If you mess up one of at least 4 interviews, you’re done.
How do you manage to oraganize your work?
Talk through CV, experience, achievements, views on industry, what you know about Metro Bank etc (tip - the history of the business / book written by the founder doesn't appear to be as important as interview material would suggest.... albeit an interesting read!)
