4 Cases in 2 rounds and Set of situational Q&A on supply chain topics with MD. First round:- Case 1: Client needs to evaluate a SEA market for entry. Market size, which one to select? How to set up the operations? Case 2: Convince senior mgmt of O&G company of a product. An O&G company is struggling to manage its inventory? How to go about? Second round:- Case 1: Client needs to implement weight based ticketing method for passenger in aviation industry. How would you go about implmentation? Case 2: O&G company's procurement and scm is pulling down the group's performance. How would you go about fixing the problem? Third round: How to use blockchain efficiently in logisitcs and inventory performance improvement? What steps should be taken to improve ITR of spare parts division of a company? How to go about sourcing strategy for a commodity for automotive manufacturer? In all rounds there were question related to personal and professional growth per resume. Total 45 to 1 hrs for each interview.
