First round with associate was mostly fit/behavioural with one market sizing question. The AC followed a similar format to the first round, but the case studies were longer. Pretty typical case studies (mkt sizing, proftability)
They were basic. I was told that this was simply a "get to know you" process. A lesson for the team, potential candidates are interviewing you as well. You don't hold all the cards.
