How to interpret when Patrick asks how are we doing with startups? What metrics would you consider? and many other questions which involve structural thinking. What would an account manager want to see in their sales dashboard on a daily basis? You hired an account manager to work on a new market, what do they need to know? How did you hear about Stripe?
