What's the recent challenge you've overcome?
They gave an open-ended case which took too much of my time. However, they were very impressed by the work I submitted. I worked more than 40 closes to 50 hours and the work was worth $80K+ if you go to an accounting firm and ask for the same delivery.

What are some metrics you would use to gauge the performance of a business function, such as sales?
HR was mainly behavioral with typical situation based questions. Hiring Manager asked a mix of case and behavioral questions. Business Cases were okay. Business case presentation interview was less focused on presentation but on scenario questions (technical). Final round was about company values and experience.
