How hard-working are you? (The position needs to go to the market, hire the drivers, and basically roll out the operation in the new city. It sounds much work, and I was asked at least 5 times, how hard-working you are?)
Describe a project that you lead. How did you go about accomplishing it? What ways did you measure success?
What does Strategy mean, in my opinion?
I have decades of cross-industry experience. This place has a traditional local attitude and unrealistic interview method - which client would expect and insist that you have the right market sizing figures on the spot, without telling you the topic or industry in advance? Is it still who memorised all the numbers wins? There is Google Search and AI now, and who uses them? I feel this is a place that does not accept or value innovative thinking, and the boss must be right.
