Case was a market share question about a drug. Pretty standard and straightforward (especially if you have previous experience; I did not and just crash studied cases for 3 days and still thought the case to be manageable and got it right). Keep in mind they do keep your "jotting notes" paper and also expect you to bring your own.
Case study was on incremental revenue change between the US and emerging markets over the course of three years for your business.
