The first interview was more about my technical experience related to this role, describing the role in my own words, and some CV questions like: What are you the most proud of, tell something that is not on your CV and questions related to how would I fit within the team. The second interview was not technical and only about me as a person, personal qualities and traits, strengths and weaknesses. What do my friends think about me, am I afraid of confrontation, etc.
