All questions were provided provided in writing to me as well as out loud by the various people around the table. No much interaction aside from the the written questions. The interactions were a bit awkward, the interviewers gave the impression that they were new at conducting this process.

They asked me to tell a bit more about myself, about how I would interact with customers over the phone. There was a role play exercise in the second interview.
I don't remember, but the entire thing was incredibly awkward. I'm unsure if the people on the panel were new at interviewing, but there wasn't much response on their side (like eye contact and body language), so I was never sure if I answered their questions completely.
