No one-on-one questions were asked, the mock lesson is the only part of the interview you are judged on. You're not expected to actually teach any new to anybody, all of the "lessons" were simple grade school subjects. I think you're mostly observed on how well organized your lesson is, and how you do speaking in front of others. It probably also wouldn't hurt if you interact with everyone during the lesson. Walk around and touch base with everyone in your group, making sure they "understand" the material.
