Prepare a presentation outlining 1) what the change in strategy should look like for Square 2) the framework you would use to evaluate the various impacts to the business as a result of applying generative AI. Please outline a number of use cases (2-5) for generative AI. In addition to outlining the use cases, develop a financial model to estimate NPV and ROI, using drivers that align to one or more of the use cases mentioned. Please measure use a 3 year time horizon for the business case, and prepare the scenarios below: 1) Base Case: Business case suggests that generative AI should be deployed within Customer Success. 2) Downside Case: Business case suggests that generative AI should not be deployed within customer success 3) Outline a plan for measuring the impact of this change. What variables will you measure? 4) Describe the qualitative impacts the change might have on the business. 5) Given more time and more data, what questions would you explore next?
