There weren't really any difficult questions. Guardian doesn't really follow a structured interview process. One thing I can honestly say about Guardian is when they find that right canidate they will make an offer quickly.
Why do you think M/I Homes would be a good fit for you? How do you perform under pressure? Can you provide us with a specific example of a time you failed as a manager? Strengths and weaknesses?
Are you willing to relocate your family anywhere in the US with a months notice. Very difficult since I have school age children, a great church and good friends here in Round Rock, Texas.
