One question in particular that I remember centered on why I wanted to leave the position I was in at the time. The question wasn't challenging per sé; it was simply something I hadn't really thought about, other than the standard needs, such as more challenges, different culture, and better pay.
The company has several locations internationally which made me feel a bit more secure as a possible employee. I was asked why I wanted to leave my current company. I replied that I wanted to work for a larger one. She said, "well, we only have about 20 employees here so that wouldn't work for you." I wasn't thinking about just that location and in hindsight she was so snotty I should have gotten up and left right then.
