You have a pool of water, a 3 gallon tank, 5 gallon tank, and 8 gallon tank. You must use the pool of water to fill the 5 and 8 gallon tank up to 4 gallons. You must fill the tank to the top when dipped in the water. If you pour water out the tank and into the pool you must empty it. The pool of water is limitless.
