Nothing special. When she tried to prove that I was not a good fit in the situation of balancing quantity and quality in my previous job she said "In our team we all make mistakes. You must fill the tank to the top when dipped in the water. If you pour water out the tank and into the pool you must empty it. The pool of water is limitless.
