Roles & Responsibilities
Reviewed resume. Asked about housing requirements and salary requirements. 12 hour shifts okay?
Tell me about a time when... difficult customer, difficult or hard to work with employee, not able to make budget, compliance issue..
Flat out asked me what’s wrong with my prior employers. Not subtly at all.
Questions were standard for behavioral interviews. Most could be answered in the STAR format, though my interviewer provided little physical or verbal feedback, even when I knew I'd fully-answered the question. One example was the multi-faceted "Tell me about a time you knew you weren't going to be able to meet a deadline. How did you approach your superior or professor? What was the result?
They asked me about my former employer and what I would have changed about their style of management. They also asked me to give examples of former colleagues that I worked well with and did not work well with.
Walk me through your resume Why did you choose to study [insert major] What do you know about big data analytics? Why Johnson & Johnson?
Nothing was difficult. They just asked about experience.
