About CCA.
The final interview session was very short - three interviews, each lasting less than 30 minutes. The questions were incredibly easy behavioral types. In my opinion, the more important things were probably the dinner the night before and interactions with other candidates and/or hires from last year. You should consider everyone you talk with to be sizing you up.
Not a question.. but very unprofessional when it came to notifying whether or not I would get an offer. They said it would take a week for an answer, a month went by and I emailed them to see what the delay was and found out I was not accepted. My opinion is for second round (on-site) interviews they should be prompt with their decisions whether it is extending an offer or not.
